Wellbeing Week
The Aims of Wellbeing Week are:
- being physically active
- connecting with other people
- learning new skills
- giving to others
- paying attention and being in the moment ie mindfulness
- healthy eating and trying new foods
The activities which the children participated in were:
- yoga
- skipping
- Random Acts of Kindness
- Chicks That Kick football sessions on International Women’s Day
- Mindfulness activities
- Nature Walks
- The School Choir singing at Charlton Court Nursing Home
Other activities were planned, but the snow got the better of us!
