Samuel Pepys comes to Bolton Royd!

Year 2 really enjoyed their visit from 'Samuel Pepys' which really brought the events of The Great Fire of London to life.

The children learnt all about how the fire started, how it spread and how it was eventually put out. The children also enjoyed learning about the life of Samuel Pepys and how he protected his belongings from the fire.
